Proliphic Career Services was founded in 2020 by Davida Billingsley. Her goal in creating the business was to empower job seekers with the tools and workshops they needed to build the career of their dreams. With her background and more than 20 years of experience, she also assists businesses with best practices to attract employees and retain them. Since Proliphic Career Services is veteran-owned, the staff has a diverse background in many fields and countries, which give job seekers and businesses the advantage of learning new techniques from all over the world.

Meet Davida Billingsley, Owner and Founder of Proliphic Career Services. She gained experience from her 20+ years of active duty service in the military and her active involvement in the civilian community. She is a member of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Augusta. She began helping individuals and companies in the area of career development in 2001 and has been doing it ever since. Her civilian and military experience brings a variety of experience to her team and future clients.
